Terms & Conditions – Casa Mami

By registering for a Casa Mami class or event, you agree to the following terms:

Participation Disclaimer
Casa Mami classes include Pilates, movement, and wellness activities. By participating, you confirm that you are physically able to participate and have received medical clearance if you are pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from injury.

Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in physical exercise involves risk of injury. By attending a Casa Mami class or event, you voluntarily assume all risks and agree that Casa Mami and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damages.

Personal Responsibility
Participants are responsible for listening to their bodies and modifying exercises as needed. You may stop at any time.

Baby & Child Responsibility
If you bring a baby or child to a Casa Mami event, you are fully responsible for your child at all times.

Photography & Media Release
By attending Casa Mami events, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional and marketing purposes unless you notify us in writing before the event.

Changes & Cancellations
Casa Mami reserves the right to reschedule or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
